Got the recommendation to go with Alberta Carpet Cleaning from my realtor. Very easy to get in touch with someone online and phone to get a quote. They even made some suggestions with my carpet cleaning needs based on my rooms, hallway and stairs to offer a better cleaning package that saved me money immediately compared to the initial quote! They were flexible and easy to book me in within a few days. Where I got the pleasure to work with Scott D. Awesome friendly guy who was extremely professional and explained the progress while doing the walk through in the house and areas before getting to work. After the cleaning, carpets looked completely different and new. Shocking how much dirt and grime over ten years was gone while having a dog in the house too. He was even nice enough to clean a small area rug in my laundry which was above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely use them again in the future as the quality, price and value are there. 👍

Straight forward service and congenial people. Good price, easy pick and delivery afterwards. My rug was badly stained with wine and all, and it was returned to me clean! Bit of red wine stain remains but they told me about the problem well before delivering rug to me. I must switch to white wine!

Before even entering my home, I have been met with kind and helpful voices over the phone. On the day of the cleaning, despite the challenges of finding parking around my home, they found a way to do it and they continued on. The carpet cleaning itself was fantastic - a lot of the stains were managed and the carpet looks better than when I initially moved in. What I really loved the most though was the genuine care I was given throughout the process (before the cleaning, during, and after). They don't only get the job done, they make sure you are genuinely happy with their service!

I will be using this service again. I was impressed with their dispatch/office team and their effective communication. The carpet cleaner guy was a swell old guy, I forget his name. He loved star trek and was very courteous and jolly. Did a quick job with some fun banter. He provided much information regarding my pet urine issue, solutions and general information. I wish I can give 10 Stars!!! What a team!! Justin W and Alfredo did an amazing job on my furniture cleaning. I called them in as a construction crew did some renovations on my roof and damaged my furniture. I was mortified- I thought it was ruined. I had Alberta Carpet Cleaning hoping that I would be able to salvage my furniture. To my shock and surprise, they came in and made my furniture look like new!! They were punctual, were super friendly and again did an amazing job. Fantastic service for the price paid (which is a lot less expensive than replacing my furniture!) Thank you again guys for the fabulous work!! I am certainly going to recommend Justin W and Alfredo to anyone that needs to have their carpets or furniture cleaned.

Ask for Nick, super knowledgeable, professional ( uniform with tie, clean white shirt, never saw any service techs dressed so well when coming for service), and efficient! apparently they also clean tile (just have to give them heads up while booking carpet cleaning) and leather furniture.

Had Alberta carpet cleaning to come and clean our carpets on the apartment we just sold. I believe it was a fellow named Nick who came to our place to conduct the cleaning. Firstly, what an epic attitude to have! The kid (younger fellow, just using the term in a positive nature) was beyond friendly, super informative and willing to answer all questions. Didn’t realize you could not wear leather shoes on the carpet when cleaning or after (thanks nick) for they will transfer colors. Nick also cleaned the apartment in a super quick and good fashion. Let us know the high traffic areas you won’t be able to get the west and tear out but my lord! The carpet was so clean I almost couldn’t even tell there was wear and tear. Will be coming back to use these guys again for any house or commercial situation I will encounter. Money well spent in my opinion and look forward to dealing with you guys again. Also, they offer furnace cleaning????!!!!! Looks like I need to review that next!

I am very pleased with the professional cleaning of our rugs and recliner . I have had other company’s in the past and there workmanship does not compare to the terrific job that the agent for Alberta Carpet cleaning did . The Tech ( Sol) was professional and did not try to BS me on products or application. He suggested products that complemented my requirements with a active older Dog and cat . It was a tough cleaning job and carpet looks very good . It is 15 year old carpet and been clean every year by other company and this is by far best cleaning and considering my dog issues that says a lot! Thank You Sol ...
