I had two separate services performed- One cleaning before moving into our new home, and one cleaning of our rental after moving out. Socrates was our moving in cleaner, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and did a high quality job. Mark was the technician performing the carpet cleaning at our rental residence and was also everything mentioned above. Excellent service and I will definitely use again in the future. They seem to hire excellent people across the board.

I am a volunteer at a community hall and these guys were able to come out within a couple days to clean our stage and carpeted wall. They did an amazing job! This hall is rented out every week from early spring to late fall. It sees a lot of wear and tear. The carpet looks nearly brand new.

Glenn was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very professional and courteous. He was very helpful and mindful of the furniture in the rooms and made sure he changed his footwear every time he left and came back inside the house. HIGHLY Recommended! Will definitely use again. Edison and Andrew did a marvelous job cleaning our furnace, dryer vent and central vac. We would have them back to do this job in a heartbeat as they were very respectful of our home maintaining the cleanliness of it while they did the work. They were very cordial. (Their eyesight is very good!)

Alfredo is awesome! He did an amazing job with our condo which was dirty with lots of coffee spots. We were surprised that Alfredo could remove them all especially there was also a big patch of brown chocolate stain. Good Job well done Alfredo!! Will definitely request for you again next time 🙂

FANTASTIC. TECHNICIAN MARK BERNHARDT DID A FANTASTIC JOB. CARPETS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR 10 YEARS. EVERYTHING CAME UP LIKE NEW AND THE CARPETS ARE 25 YEARS OLD. MARK IS POLITE, INFORMATIVE, AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. QUICK, EFFICIENT AND VERY EFFECTIVE. I RECOMMEND THE PRE-TREATING WITH THEIR SPECIAL CHEMICAL BECAUSE WE HAVE 3 CATS THAT OCCASIONALLY PUKE. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED AND I ALSO RECOMMEND THE SCOTCH GUARD. I BELIEVE IT WAS THE SCOTCH GUARD THAT THEY USED 10 YEARS AGO THAT MADE THIS CLEANING SO MUCH EASIER. VERY SATISFIED. YES IT IS NOT CHEAP, BUT WELL WORTH IT. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. KUDOS.

The service was outstanding! We had to cancel our first appointment because of the old tenants being difficult and they were really cool about it. I was able to call and remake the appointment the next week. We have 3 cats and Mark our technician was very animal friendly and made sure he said hi to them and made sure we had a safe spot to keep them while the door was opened. The carpet itself is almost 3 shades lighter, the overall cleanliness is not something we could achieve on our own. Thank you you for making this stressful situation easier and faster for the 3 of us and the animals.

Glenn was very fast and efficient. The carpets look brand new and I am very happy with the results. He also chatted with me at the end which I appreciated. Very polite. We also still had some things to move off the carpet and although it wasn’t his job he helped move some furniture before starting the carpet cleaning. Would recommend this company and Glenn to everyone. Hope to use him again next time we need a carpet cleaning.

I have had Alberta Carpet and Furnace cleaning do my annual furnace cleaning for a few years and have always been happy with their service. When I got their services for my church, I was wowed at their attention to detail. The tech Justin was thorough and he was so good. He double checked on some stains on the carpet to ensure I was ok with how they didn't quite clean out. He was efficient and went above in ensuring the streaks that came out when chairs were steamed cleaned were wiped off. I am so glad we chose them and look forward to having them clean our ducts as well

My experience was great from start to finish – a timely response to my request for a quote to get 2 large (8’ x 10’) cotton Indian area rugs cleaned off site. I was quoted $493 to get them both done but with the caveat that if some stains were resistant, it might be higher. I thought this was fair – might sound like a lot of money, however, I hadn’t had them cleaned in 7 years and I knew that at the very least, they were full of dust and one of them had some tough stains to get out. I was given a date and a 2 hours time range in which they would be picked up. They picked up within that 2 hour window. My carpets were picked up by Aldwin – extremely courteous and answered all my questions.11 days later, I received a call from them to set up the drop off appointment – Saturday morning between 8 – 10 a.m., which was great as I didn’t have to work from home, sent me a confirmation email, called me on the Saturday morning between 7 & 8 a.m., and were there by 8:16 a.m. Nicole dropped off the cleaned rugs, which were enclosed in heavy duty poly bags to protect them – she explained that Aldwin, who had picked up my rugs, had cleaned the one that was heavily stained, 9 times. It looks great! And I was charged the price in my original quote. Both Aldwin and Nicole were very professional, and the company kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I will use them again and I highly recommend them!
