Fantastic Results

Making the telephone appointment was easy, Bogdan our technician arrived on time with a courtesy call before arrival. He was professional & kind, did an amazing job with a severely stained carpet which had urine stains and smells. The explanation of the job and invoice made it a breeze. We’ve been using Alberta Carpet cleaning for a few years now at our rental property and will be using them again.

Anna, who originally helped me with my booking, personally called me after my review. She was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly, and I really appreciated the way she handled the situation. She genuinely made me feel heard and completely changed my overall impression of the company. Laben also did a great job with the cleaning and was extremely professional and respectful.
