Due to the weight of our portable carpet cleaning equipment, we are unable to bring it up any steps. Our rule of thumb is, if your home is wheelchair accessible (equipped with ramps at the entrance, and elevators if you are above the first floor), then our apartment steam cleaning equipment can get there! We do have limited portable cleaning capacity, especially during our busier times of month (end of month) and year (May-October) so it’s a good idea to reserve your appointment early.

Due to the additional set up and labour required with our portable cleaning equipment, we have a minimum cleaning charge of $149 for apartment cleanings (carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, area rug cleaning and additional treatments can be added to get to the minimum).
