I've had ACC come in a few years ago to clean the ducts and furnace and it was a fast but thorough and professional job. Once the last child moved out it was time to clean the carpet as any parent can relate so I called ACC back and the service tech did not disappoint. He came in and immediately took precautions to protect the entryway and landing, we walked through the house and confirmed what was happening (Stairway, hallway and three rooms) and pricing. Once he got started he wore the appropriate PPE and was done in about an hour. The carpets looked new again, the whole upstairs looked completely refreshed. Everything was completely dry by the next morning (he was done by just after noon) and still looked fresh and clean. Great and professional work.

I have posted significantly more poor reviews than great reviews simply because the customer experience is in short supply out there these days. Alberta Carpet Cleaning stands out head and shoulders above the rest. Haven't had such a good customer experience in a long time. From my Technicians Laben and Tim to Jennifer in the office. All so very professional, friendly and accommodating. They had to come back twice but were so good about it. There is something to be said for a company when their employees love their jobs and have been there a very long time. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had arranged for furniture cleaning for my 91 year old Mom in Alberta… I live in BC. Jason, the technician called me prior to entering her building… we discussed what was to be done… and what our main concerns were. Immediately following their visit my Mom called and told me it was a wonderful experience and that Jason and Roberto were absolutely beautiful people!!! They were very kind, polite and caring towards my Mom… she felt it… and I was SO EXTREMELY GRATEFUL! Jason also called me immediately after the cleaning to let me know how the service went.
