Highly recommend Alberta Carpet Cleaning. Have used them for many years to do my carpets, furniture and area rugs. Efficient, very professional, very thorough cleaning or they will readily reclean if one notices something within a few days. Cleaners always try their best to remove stains. Great deals on coupons that come in snail mail. Note : I usually do not accept your recommended upgrades to stay within my budget.

Hired this company for living room carpet and stair clean last week. Did a really good job given it's a 20yr old white berber carpet. We wanted it to look as good as possible (for its age, and the fact that we have a dog and a kid) until we re-do the whole house with laminate and a new kitchen in a few years. Would highly recommend; very courteous on the phone, explained everything including COVID stuff, and the job itself was very well done. I booked my appointment online and received a call to schedule the cleaning within a couple of hours. They were able to schedule my cleaning right away at my preferred day and time. The technician phoned within an hour of the appointment window and completed the cleaning before two hours had expired. He was efficient, thorough, and informative. He even saved me some money by charging for a smaller area than I had estimated over the phone. All in all, this is an excellent service at an excellent value with super friendly and efficient staff. Very pleased with the service for both carpet and furnace duct cleaning. The costs for the services were clearly explained at the time we booked our appointment. The technicians arrived at the expected time. After assessing the work that had to be done, the technicians once again explained the costs of the job. There were no hidden cost surprises. The technicians were courteous and took the necessary measures to prevent any damage to our home. All in all, we were pleased with the work and professionalism of the technicians. Excellent job!

I received a quote promptly from Alberta Carpet Cleaning, and it was just under $300 for one love seat, one three-person couch, 13 stairs with landing, and 2 bedrooms. The customer service is excellent.Justin was the technician, and he was professional. I was surprised when he was done in under 1 hour. He was knowledgeable and appeared experienced. I had a some dog hair left on the couch, but he did say it would only take away about 80%. Overall good experience.

From the first phone call dealing with Jennifer who was extremely helpful personable and professional, she helped me set up two appointments and explain the process. Justin was the gentleman who came to do the carpets, He did try to upsell Without being pushy, even though I did not purchase any extras, I did appreciate him doing his job. Justin was very professional and respected my home and did a great job on the carpets. I would definitely recommend Alberta carpet cleaning!! Very happy customer.
