Need Carpet Cleaning in Leduc?*

Oh my goodness...Shawna(sp?) went above and beyond! Socrates initially came and did the carpet cleaning. Great job! Next day the smell was horrible. Due to time constraints...Alberta carpet cleaning needed to come back and discuss what was done and what needed to be done. Scott eventually came back this morning and assessed the situation. Due to the fact that there had been grey water mould that was never addressed previously he assured us the carpets were clean and that the smell was due the the grey water. Thank you Alberta carpet cleaning for exemplary service. Despite the lack of communication, I gave 5 stars because of their desire to rectify a problem that was out of their control. Laben did a marvelous job with our carpet cleaning. Our carpets look brand new and he went above and beyond to move items from up off of the carpet that I was planning to just leave so he could clean around them. I hope I’m lucky enough to get him again when I do my carpets again next time. He suggested to do the master bedroom, stairs to the basement and basement living room every 12-18 months just to keep it in good condition. He said the lower traffic areas can be left for every second or third round which was very useful information. He said that if it’s maintained properly it will look good for longer than if it’s neglected because once it’s worn, they can’t get the fibers to stand back up again. Very useful information that no one has ever told us before. Good to know. I definitely recommend Alberta Carpet Cleaning and specifically Laben if you can get him. Very happy with our service!

Fast, efficient, and thorough. Thanks for extending the life of our carpet. Only a year old and in great condition. Even cleaned our entry area rug for free cause they used our hose to wash off their hose. Awesome! Would highly recommend them. 2300sf done in just over an hour. Yay!
