Making the telephone appointment was easy, Bogdan our technician arrived on time with a courtesy call before arrival. He was professional & kind, did an amazing job with a severely stained carpet which had urine stains and smells. The explanation of the job and invoice made it a breeze. We’ve been using Alberta Carpet cleaning for a few years now at our rental property and will be using them again.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly, and I really appreciated the way she handled the situation. She genuinely made me feel heard and completely changed my overall impression of the company. Laben also did a great job with the cleaning and was extremely professional and respectful.
