Convenient and effective. Mark cleaned my carpets. The results are amazing. My carpets hadn’t been cleaned since the house was built 18 years ago. I thought for sure they needed to be replaced. I had an appointment for cleaning my carpet last week, and Jason G. called me before coming in the appointed time. He had all necessary ancillaries to take care of my house clean and spotless as it was. Jason was very friendly, and thorough in cleaning the carpet, paying much attention to details and all nooks and corners of each room was cleaned. All the more, Jason G. was very gentle, smiling and explaining to me details as he was working on the carpet. I have posted significantly more poor reviews than great reviews simply because the customer experience is in short supply out there these days. Alberta Carpet Cleaning stands out head and shoulders above the rest. Haven't had such a good customer experience in a long time. From my Technicians Laben and Tim to Jennifer in the office. All so very professional, friendly and accommodating. They had to come back twice but were so good about it. There is something to be said for a company when their employees love their jobs and have been there a very long time. Highly recommended.
